  • Mat Pilates

    Our matwork is a flow movement inclusive of a fusion of traditional and contemporary Pilates. Combining strengthening and flexibility training, this 45-minute class is aimed to help activate core strength,

    improve posture, circulation and flexibility.

    Duration: 45 minutes

    Suitable: for beginner and intermediate levels. Modifications can be made accommodating different capabilities and injuries.

  • Stretch and Tone

    A slower-paced 45-minute class incorporating deep stretches and myofascial release. This class is excellent for releasing muscle tightness, injury prevention and to restore postural balance. Additional props

    such as foam rollers, Pilates rings and tennis balls are used to help loosen the connective tissue (ligaments, tendons and fasia) throughout the session.

    Your instructor will guide you through breath work and mindfulness to restore and recharge your mind, body and soul.
